Higgovale is a sought after, upper class suburb with some of the most spectacular views over the city and Table Bay. It is a green, leafy and sedate suburb on the steep slopes of Table Mountain and perched above the city, yet you are only minutes away from Kloof Street with it’s many bistros and shops.
